Play Fantasy Arsene Wenger: Pick your first team to face Stuttgart

Tomorrow night marks Arsenal's first major test of the pre-season when Arsene Wenger's men face Jens Lehmann's new club, Stuttgart.

If Le Gaffer has decided to strip William Gallas of the captain's armband we'll probably find out when the teams take to the pitch tomorrow, while we might also get a clue as to what the Gunners' formation will be this season.

Another issue that might be resolved is Emmanuel Adebayor's future. If the Togo striker is intent on leaving Arsenal, it's unlikely that Le Boss will pick him for the Stuttgart game.

A friendly the game may be, but the true build up to the season starts tomorrow and Wenger will be wanting to gauge the fitness of his strongest 11.

But just who is our strongest line up now, following the departures of Alexander Hleb, Mathieu Flamini and Gilberto?

To help you choose your starting 11, remember that Kolo Toure, Tomas Rosicky and Eduardo are in various stages of recovery from injury and illness, so here's a list of the players who are currently fit:

Goalkeepers - Manuel Almunia, Lukasz Fabianski, Vito Mannone

Defenders - Bacary Sagna, William Gallas, Philippe Senderos, Johan Djourou, Gael Clichy, Havard Nordtveit, Justin Hoyte, Armand Traore

Midfielders - Emmanuel Eboue, Denilson, Cesc Fabregas, Aaron Ramsey, Samir Nasri, Abou Diaby

Strikers - Carlos Vela, Nicklas Bendtner, Emmanuel Adebayor, Robin van Persie, Theo Walcott

Here's what my starting line-up would be:

Almunia
Sagna Gallas Senderos Clichy
Eboue Fabregas Nasri Diaby
Adebayor RvP

Do you agree that the above is our strongest line-up? If not, share your choice for Arsenal's starting 11 here using our comments section

Enough of ‘In Arsene We Trust’ surely if Arsenal finish trophy-less again this season Arsene will be a ‘Goner’

Ok Arsene Wenger is a great coach with a team that contain the best players in the world but they never win ??!!! why is that i believe that they just used to not win

Now don't get me wrong. I am an admirer of Wenger's philosophy, but I feel sooner or later it will get to a point where Arsenal fans will have to start looking at their underachievement.

Arsenal is the most profitable club in EPL. When will arsene spend some of those hard earned £s? You guys are out of the race this year, will a uefa cup spot for next year bring the point home?

It was a beneficial workout for me to go through your webpage. It definitely stretches the limits with the mind when you go through very good info and make an effort to interpret it properly
